Whether a resident, newcomer or visitor to the district, we invite you to join us in worship and praise to our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
A mere eight miles from the coastal holiday town of Ayr in south west Scotland, we have the opportunity to experience the hustle and bustle of a busy town centre or the more leisurely pace of the countryside. Perhaps that's what makes our congregation so friendly.
Services
Services each Sunday are at 11.30am.
The CH4 Hymnary has been adopted as our main source of praise, although other sources are also used.
Super Sunday (Sunday School) are present for the first part of the service.
Holy Communion
Holy Communion is celebrated on the last Sunday of the months of January, April, June and October, and Easter Sunday and Maundy Thursday
Holy Week
Informal type Services are held on the evenings of Monday to Friday of Holy Week at 7.30pm
Ecumenical Services
Joint Services are held with Coylton Parish and St Clare's RC Church in the periods of Advent and Lent.

- I was saddened to note that although the opening paragraph on the Schaw Kirk's page sounded welcoming, it was somehow passed over recently when a dear friend of mine, who happens to be Roman Catholic, recently visited the kirk to worship to be told by a rather "Stern Female" We don't do that here and was told to find the other place at the top of Drongan. Maybe some changes in Cumstomer Service are needed considering the church as a whole is struggling to keep its community!
