Everybody loves Drongan! Caitlin wins our ‘I love…’ competition

Why do you love Drongan? That was the question put to local school children in s1drongan’s special community competition.

Our judges have looked at the entries - and the winner is Caitlin Smith, aged 10 from Drongan Primary School!

Caitlin posted about why she loves Drongan...

“I love Drongan because it is such a good commuinty and is always has thing to do like we have the games hall and the libary plus I like Drongan because the people and police officers and manny more people are really kind and nice.”

In the competition local school children were asked to tell everyone why they love Drongan. They just had to pick their favourite thing about the town – maybe their school lollipop lady, a local building or even a favourite club – and then tell us about it in any way we could show on www.s1drongan.com - a story, a poem, or even a picture they’d drawn or taken.
