Police have recovered around £115,000 of amphetamines from a wooded area at Watson Terrace
Police have made a major drugs find in Drongan, recovering £115,000 worth of amphetamines in a wooded area of the town.
Around 4.50pm hours on Wednesday 20 January a member of public reported finding a large plastic container in a wooded area at Watson Terrace.
Police were called and found a quantity of drugs, believed to be amphetamine, with an estimated street value of £115,000.
Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances of the find.
